We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that has arrived damaged, please follow our return policy guidelines:
1. Notification of Damage: You must notify us of any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please contact our customer support team at completebodyjuicebar@gmail.com to report the issue.
2. Provide Proof of Damage: To process your return, we may request photographic evidence of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. This helps us improve our shipping and handling processes.
3. Replacement Process: Once we have reviewed your case and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the replacement process. You may choose to receive a replacement item or, if the item is no longer in stock, we will provide you with a refund for the damaged item.

All orders outside the 10m mile radius of Powder Springs, Covington and Conyers are shipped via USPS Priority. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.
Fulfillment Time
Juices are made, frozen, and shipped on Tuesday for orders placed by 11am Wed - Friday. Any orders placed after 11am on Friday will ship out the following Tuesday.
Plastic Pouches
Due to liability reasons, all USPS orders must be shipped in plastic pouches/bottles. The plastic pouches are 1oz. larger than our glass bottles to leave room for expansion during the freezing process. You may notice the liquid volume in the bottle fall once the product has completely defrosted. Please allow juice to defrost completely and SHAKE WELL before drinking.
Do not freeze any product bottled in glass. During freezing, the liquid will expand causing any glass packaging to break. Only freeze product in plastic packaging.
Shelf Life
Juices can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Juices can be frozen for up to 6 months
